Housing Choice Voucher Program - Income Guidelines

Income limits are calculated for metropolitan areas and non-metropolitan counties in the United Sates and its territories using the Fair Market Rent (FMR) area definitions used in the Housing Choice Voucher program.  They are based on HUD estimates of median family income, with adjustments for family size.  Adjustments are also made for areas that have unusually high or low income to housing cost relationships.  For further information, please visit the HUD website.
